Bulgaria’s Minster of Culture Boil Banov and his French counterpart Franck Riester discussed in Paris bilateral cooperation in the field of culture and the preservation of cultural heritage. Ministers Banov and Riester discussed Bulgaria’s idea to turn the Saint Cyricus Island near Sozopol into a Global Art Center with the support of the Louvre Museum.
