Ruling GERB party ahead of BSP by thin margin four months before EP elections: Sova Harris

According to a social survey by Sova Harris, conducted four months before the elections for European Parliament, the ruling GERB party is ahead of its main rival the Bulgarian Socialist Party by a thin margin.

In answer to the question which political force they would support in May, 2019, 20 percent of the respondents answer GERB, 18.3 percent – the Bulgarian Socialist Party, and 5.3 percent – the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS).

At this time support for the remaining political forces is below the threshold for entering the European Parliament, but 26.6 percent of the respondents state they are, as yet, undecided.
