Bulgaria stands a good chance to host the 2024 Winter Youth Olympics, but it has to solve the problem related to the modernization of the ski facilities in Vitosha Mountain, this country’s Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev said. Legislative disorders impede the modernization of these sports facilities. Bulgaria cannot raise effectively its candidature for winter Olympics without solving these problems.
