Today is April Fools’ Day

On April 1, April Fools’ Day, the world-famous Museum House of Humour and Satire in Gabrovo marks its 47th birthday. To mark the occasion today will be open doors day, and all events organized there will be free of charge.

Today the National Museum of Education is showing cartoons of school humour from the 1970s. The famed Gabrovo jokes, which have become even more popular thanks to the Internet, will be shown on film in Gabrovo’s central square Vuzrazhdane tonight.

A national exhibition of cartoons opens at the gallery of the Union of Bulgarian Artists in Sofia today.
