Bulgarian Prime Minister has congratulated his counterparts from Albania and North Macedonia

In social networks, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov congratulated his counterparts from North Macedonia and Albania, Zoran Zaev and Edi Rama. The occasion is the Annual Report of the European Commission on the progress of the Western Balkan countries. The document recommends starting of negotiations with Skopje and Tirana for accession to the European Union. "The Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU remains in history for putting the topic of the Western Balkans back on the table," PM Borissov wrote.
