“We need a global consensus against corruption which has reached out across borders, and also against money laundering, income concealment and tax evasion, as well as restriction of offshore zones. I feel sure that these are problems known well to all political leaders, and here common will is needed,” said President Rumen Radev addressing the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

President Radev thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for “the invitation to a Bulgarian president to take part, for the first time, in one of the most prestigious economic forums in the world.”
