The grace period given by the Road Infrastructure Agency to all cargo vehicles weighing above 13 tons to acquire the necessary equipment ends on April 13.  A total of 35, 541 cargo vehicles and busses of Bulgarian haulers already pay toll fees via on-board units or GPS trackers, the Road Infrastructure Agency  announced. More than half a million route maps were sold after the start of the toll system on March 1, although cargo traffic has been less intensive due to the Covid-19 crisis. The route maps were bought mainly by foreign haulers.
