Bulgaria's Foreign Minister discusses with Russian counterpart bilateral co-operation amid Covid-19 crisis

Външният министър Екатерина Захариева обсъди по телефона с колегата си Сергей Лавров сътрудничество между България и Русия. По покана на Захариева за 27 април бе планирана визита на Лавров в София, но тя е отложена заради кризата с COVID-19. Българският министър се надява, че щом обстоятелствата позволяват Лавров ще дойде в България до края на годината. Министрите са изразили задоволство от развитието на двустранните връзки и диалог. Важните проекти и за двете страни, се развиват добре. „Балкански поток“ върви по график и ще е завършен до края на 2020 г., е уверила Захариева. Уточнено е, че по дипломатически път ще се разменят ратификациите на промените в Договора за социална сигурност между България и Русия.
Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva has discussed the cooperation between Bulgaria and Russia in a phone conversation with her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov. 
An official visit of Sergey Lavrov to Bulgaria was scheduled for April 27 at the invitation of Minister Zaharieva, yet it was postponed due to the Covid-19 crisis. The Bulgarian minister hopes that as soon as the circumstances will allow, Lavrov will come to Bulgaria by the end of the year. 
The two ministers expressed satisfaction with the development of the bilateral relations and dialogue.The important projects for both countries are going well. The Balkan Stream project is running on schedule and will be completed by the end of 2020, Zaharieva assured. 
It was specified that the ratifications of the amendments to the Social Security Treaty between Bulgaria and Russia will be exchanged diplomatically.
