It will also aim to encourage foreign tourists who want to become acquainted with Bulgaria to visit this country, the Bulgarian Minister of Economy Emil Karanikolov, this country’s Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova and Bulgaria’s Minister of Agriculture and Food Desislava Taneva announced at a joint briefing. One of the priorities of the initiative is to bring the Bulgarian food menu back to the hotels and the restaurants. The special menus with Bulgarian meals are developed by the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs. The meals are prepared from products produced by Bulgarian farmers.

The Bulgarian business and state stand behind this idea, in order to give impetus of Bulgaria’s tourism, the three ministers pointed out.
