Remote e-voting roadmap now ready

Central Electoral Commission spokesperson Alexander Andreev stated for the BNR that the roadmap for experimental remote e-voting has been developed.

The experimental vote is to be conducted in three elections, including by-elections, in the period from 2020 to 2023.  On the basis of the results obtained, the Central Electoral Commission will make an analysis, on the basis of which the legislature can decide whether to introduce it in elections or not.
