Bulgaria’s village of Izgrev to be placed under fourteen-day quarantine on June 11

The village of Izgrev located in Shumen district, Northeastern Bulgaria, will be placed under fourteen-day quarantine on June 11 after it became clear that 12 residents tested positive for Covid-19. Police checkpoints will be set up at the entrance of the village and entry and exit ban will be introduced. On Thursday, the health authorities will initiate mass testing of the residents of Izgrev for the novel coronavirus .
