At a meeting with citizens in the town of Kaspichan, northeastern Bulgaria, President Rumen Radev said it was necessary to create better living conditions in small towns because young people there also need high-quality education, healthcare, jobs and public services. He stressed that he was committed to supporting young people who wanted to stay in small towns.

"Bulgaria will be successful when the small municipalities also become strong and financially independent," Rumen Radev said.
