Boyko Borissov pointed out that the European Commission draft is very balanced in view of the challenges raised by the pandemic. To Bulgaria it is important that the Cohesion and Common Agricultural Policy remain at the levels proposed. The EU's Just Transition Fund to clean energy should be more flexible in encouraging and developing green energy capacities, the Bulgarian PM said.
