The UK government has published a list of 50 countries for which travel restrictions and mandatory quarantine will be lifted as of July 10. Bulgaria is not among them, but neighbouring countries such as Croatia, Greece, Serbia and Turkey will have free access.

This means that British citizens are not allowed to visit Bulgaria, and Bulgarians cannot still travel freely to Britain without the need to self-isolate for a period of 14 days upon arrival on the island.
The United Kingdom clarified that the list was not exhaustive and could be updated.
