With a fee of 500 euros and lectures in English, Germany has attracted many Bulgarian high-school graduates wishing to study in universities abroad, Telegraph newspaper informs. There are fewer people willing to study in the UK this year. The island's annual fee for one year of study will be at least 11,000 British pounds, according to consulting companies for studying abroad.

More and more higher education institutions in Austria also offer English-language courses and attract Bulgarian applicants.
