In order to realize the idea of Bulgaria being a nearshoring destination, the rule of law and fight against corruption are needed, said Olivier Marquette, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.
At an online conference on the topic of "Bulgaria as a new top nearshoring destination" Marquette explained that in order to facilitate business, the country should introduce e-government. Bulgaria is rich in smart, talented and qualified people, and must show leadership in promoting e-government, Marquette said.
