Bulgaria reports 57 newly registered Covid-19 cases over the past 24 hours out of 1,220 PCR tests performed, indicate Single Information Portal data.
This means that 4.67% of all PCR tests performed over the past 24 hours have returned positive for Covid-19, the highest percentage since 5 August.
The number of newly registered cases is highest in Blagoevgrad -14, followed by Sofia - 12, and Bourgas – 7. There are 773 patients with coronavirus in hospital, of them 53 in intensive care. One person has died over the past 24 hours, 32 have recovered.
