This is one of the questions sent to Bulgaria’s Chief Prosecutor Geshev by the Democracy, Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights Monitoring Group (DRFMG). The MEPs published on the web site of the European Parliament 29 questions to Bulgaria’s government, the Deputy Premier, the Prosecutor General and the Deputy Minister of Justice.
