“All people must have equal access to a coronavirus vaccine, as is the task of the World Health Organization. There are indications that the vaccine will be made available free within the EU,” Assoc. Prof. Mihail Okoliyski, WHO representative for Bulgaria said for BNT.

“The worrying thing is that many people in Bulgaria believe subjective claims about coronavirus. This problem takes human lives. At the very beginning of the pandemic we tried to explain that all claims must be based on scientific evidence,” Assoc. Prof. Mihail Okoliyski said.

He added that in Bulgaria some specialists have been making speculations which are diametrically opposed to scientific research, the Bulgarian news agency BTA reports.
