Organizers of political events fined for non-compliance with anti-epidemic measures

The organizers of several public political events held last weekend are to receive acts for administrative violation of the anti-epidemic measures adopted against the spread of Covid-19, the Bulgarian Ministry of Health Informs.

The organizers of the 50th Congress of the Bulgarian Socialist Party, the organisers of the constituent assembly of the new political party Republicans for Bulgaria headed by the former Deputy Chairman of GERB Tsevtan Tsvetanov, as well as the organizers of Premier Borissov’s visit to St.St. Cyril and Methodius church in Lovech, are to be sanctioned by the competent authorities.

Sanctions for legal entities vary from EUR 256 to EUR 1023, the Health Ministry reminds.
