In difficult times, when a pandemic, social and economic crisis has been growing, only the state can help, Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev said at a briefing, BTA has reported.
In front of media, Minister Donchev, together with the Minister of Social Affairs Denitsa Sacheva, the Minister of Education Krassimir Valchev, as well as with representatives of the Ministries of Finance, Health and Agriculture presented the highlights of the draft state budget for 2021.
