New Dutch tulip mural downtown Sofia

A new mural now decorates the center of Sofia. It is close to Serdika metro station on Knyaginya Maria-Luiza Blvd. The mural was unveiled by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Bulgaria Bea ten Tusscher and the Mayor of Sofia Yordanka Fandakova. The large-scale graffiti wall Serdika Tulip is spread on 200 square meters, BGNES reported.

At its base, a special variety of tulip "Serdika" is shown next to a beautiful girl. The wall aims to illustrate in a modern way the friendly relations and partnership between Bulgaria and the Netherlands, including various visual elements typical of both countries. The authors of the graffiti wall are Arsek & Erase. The project was implemented by Sofia Graffiti Tour at the initiative of the Embassy of the Netherlands.
