Between 35,000 and 40,000 children will not be effectively involved in online schooling. The reasons are the lack of devices and access to the web, but also the lack of motivation for education. More than 10% of children do not attend school regularly, Minister of Education Krassimir Valchev said. According to the ministry's plans, students and teachers should receive 106,000 devices. So far, only 7-8,000 have been distributed.
