Presidency presents recovery and sustainability projects

The plan for recovery and sustainability should not become another means of absorbing finances through rehabilitation, construction and purchases, President Rumen Radev said at the presentation of the drafts of the plan, BTA reported.

Among the projects proposed by the Presidency one can find the construction of a National Center for Monitoring, Control and Management, the creation of a Multifunctional Youth Educational Complex for Science and Innovation. Other projects are for geothermal power plants in the Danube plain and the construction of a hydroelectric power plant on the Danube River, a system for emergency medical care with helicopters and a Regional Genetic Diagnostic Network with capacity in DNA and RNA technologies.
