The Metropolitan of Varna and Veliki Preslav Ioan is to sanctify today the newly-built church “St. Procopius of Varna” in Bulgaria's maritime capital. The construction of the temple started at the beginning of 2009. “St. Procopius of Varna” is the first temple built in the city of Varna in the past 110 years.
