There are more than 2,500 polling stations at risk of vote buying or controlled voting, indicates an analysis by the Anti-Corruption Fund.
They were established on the basis of electoral data indicators after 2013, such as large number of invalid votes, abrupt change in voter turnout or in political leanings.
