The town of Balchik - one of the pearls of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast is expecting a better tourist season.
In addition to the sea, Balchik is also known for its rich cultural and natural heritage. During the times of ancient Greece it was called “Kruni” (meaning "springs"), most likely because of its mineral water springs with temperature of about 31 degrees Celsius.
