Bujar Osmani, Foreign Minister of North Macedonia has sent a letter congratulating Bulgaria’s new Foreign Minister Svetlan Stoev and stating he is awaiting a meeting with him to discuss opening up the way to EU membership negotiations.
Bujar Osmani states that convening an inter-governmental conference and adopting a plan of action for resolving the dispute with Sofia are important steps for the implementation of the Good Neighbour Agreement.
