Zoran Zaev announces start of intensive dialogue with Bulgaria ahead of EU summit in June

The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, has announced that intensive talks are under way with Bulgarian authorities in order to reach a solution to the dispute between the two countries ahead of the EU Summit in June. Skopje hopes to receive green light for the start EU Membership talks and holding of the first intergovernmental conference. "I believe we will have bilateral meetings as our foreign ministers work with their teams to further develop the Plan for Cooperation. This is a plan in all areas, which I believe would be fully approved," Zoran Zaev said.
