Bulgaria reports 83 new cases of Covid-19 out of 14,723 tests performed

83 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 14,723 tests performed, indicate data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal. 0.56% of the tests have returned positive result. The highest number of new cases of Covid-19 was reported in Sofia-28, followed by Varna-8, Plovdiv-8 and Sofia district-7. No new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in 10 Bulgarian districts.

There are 7,873 active cases of Covid-19. 746 patients are being treated in hospital, 95 of them in intensive care units. 4 people have died and 212 have recovered in the past 24 hours.

8,427 vaccines have been administered in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of inoculations against Covid-19 to 1,860,993. The number of people who are now fully vaccinated is 852,420.
