Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has signed the decree giving green light to the 46th National Assembly to vote over the candidacy of Plamen Nikolov for Prime Minister, the press office of the head of state has reported. Earlier today, ITN presented the structure of the draft cabinet to the President.

"I hope that you have succeeded in this difficult task of composing the structure of the Council of Ministers," President Rumen Radev said after "There is Such a People" (ITN) presented the exploratory mandate to him. According to the composition proposed by Prime Minister-designate Plamen Nikolov, the government would have two deputy prime ministers - European Affairs Minister Radi Naidenov and Minister of Interior Petar Iliev. In the last minute before the deadline, ITN MP Ivo Atanassov was nominated for Minister of Justice.

President Radev wished "ITN" to continue an open and constructive dialogue in the National Assembly in order to find necessary parliamentary support based on common goals and priorities in the interest of all Bulgarian citizens.
