1,904 new Covid-19 cases reported in Bulgaria, just one, or 1.37% of Covid-related deaths is of a vaccinated person

1,904 is the number of newly registered coronavirus cases out of 24,275 tests performed in the country over the past 24 hours, a positivity rate of 7.84%,  Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 

11.19% of the newly registered infections, or 213 are people who have been fully vaccinated.  The highest number of new infections is in Sofia - 341, in Plovdiv - 179 and in Varna - 135.

41,874 is the number of active cases. 4,969 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospital, 416 of them are in intensive care. Out of the 635 new hospital admissions, 7.87% or 50 coronavirus patients have been vaccinated. The number of Covid-related deaths in the past day is 73. Of them, just one person or 1.37% has been vaccinated. 1,709 are reported as recovered.

10,010 doses of vaccine were administered on Friday. 1,306,000 is the number of people in the country who are now fully vaccinated.
