The third national protest of employees of road construction companies will be held today in Sofia, Bulgarian Branch Chamber “Roads” announced. The organization points out that it has been looking for an opportunity for dialogue with the state institutions for five months now.

The construction companies are dissatisfied, as the suspended payments stop the work on the already assigned projects. Construction workers contend that they have not received salaries for 2 to 3 months.

Meanwhile, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works invited the protesters to discuss the situation.
