The Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, said that the proposal to include the Bulgarian community in the Constitution did not contradict the interests of Skopje. According to Osmani, his country has never had problems recognizing different ethnic groups and that they have the opportunity to express their identity.
