Slight decline in number of new Covid cases

There have been 4,522 new coronavirus cases in the country for a day. 18% of 25,040 tests returned positive result, according to the portal coronavirus.bg. 85.6% of newly diagnosed patients are non-vaccinated. In comparison to Wednesday, the number of infected decreased by 435 people, and the percentage of new cases declined by 4.3 percent.

The number of registered active patients rose by 445 and has reached 68,776. A total of 6,494 patients are in hospital as 567 of them are in intensive care. 86.83% of newly hospitalized patients are non-vaccinated. 970 people recovered.

107 people with Covid passed away in the past day. 93.46% of them we non-vaccinated. 13,484 vaccines were administered on Wednesday. The number of people with completed immunization exceeds 1,400,000.
