The new caretaker Minister of Justice Ivan Demerdzhiev has called on Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev to resign. Minister Demerdzhiev expects the answer of the constitutional judges to be positive, as his reasons behind the request are related to some pre-trial proceedings, which led to verdicts for this country in the European Court of Human Rights.
