29.1% of the Bulgarians eligible to vote have gone to the polls at the second round of the presidential election in Bulgaria as of 7 PM, according to data of Gallup International, the Bulgarian National Radio’s partner agency on election day. At 5 PM voter turnout stood at 25.1%, and at 3 PM – 20.5%.
Data show that, as is usual, predominantly older people and hardcore supporters of the presidential candidates voted in the early hours of the day.
