Bulgaria’s government has introduced a mandatory green certificate for entering the Council of Ministers building. This was announced by Lena Borislavova, head of PM Kiril Petkov’s office. Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Petkov will sign the decree today, Lena Borislavova specified.

At the first sitting of Bulgaria’s new cabinet Kiril Petkov said his first order would be for everyone to enter Council of Ministers building with a green certificate and called on the other ministries to adopt such a measure. Later, at a Sofia-based forum, he called on the Bulgarian employers to make the green certificate mandatory for their staff.

"There is Such a People" opposed the plan to introduce a "green certificate" for the administration, arguing that there was no such measure in the coalition agreement.
