227 is the number of cases of the Omicron variant of Covid-19 registered in Bulgaria after whole genome sequencing at the National Centre of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases. The clinical samples were taken in the period up until 10 January, 2022 at 40 medical establishments in 18 regions of the country.
