Massive advertising of Bulgaria as a tourist destination and returning to the markets that have been lost in recent years, as well as focusing on children's and youth tourism are some of the demands of the tourism industry in the Burgas region, expressed during a meeting with the chairman of the Tourism Committee in the National Assembly Ilin Dimitrov, BTA reported. The industry also wants an urgent solution to unresolved problems like poor infrastructure, lack of staff, and slow issuance of visas.

Ilin Dimitrov points out that so far the government has managed to implement almost all legislative initiatives of its coalition agreement - the extension of the measure 60/40 and 9% VAT for tourism.
