Covid-19 cases in Bulgaria mark 25.94% decline for a week

There were 2,605 new coronavirus cases registered in a past day. This is 16% of 16,285 tests, the Single Coronavirus Information Portal showed. The number of active cases has reached 247,025. There are 5,399 patients in hospital as 580 of them are in intensive care. 201 new patients were hospitalized in the past day. 25 people died and the number of recoveries reached 3,072.

The number of Covid-19 cases has dropped by 25.94% for a week. The number of deaths for the same period is 1.27% higher. 14.69% of the hospitalized patients are vaccinated, as well as 6.37% of those placed in intensive care.

The total number of persons with completed vaccination in Bulgaria has reached 2,036,897.
