Bulgarian and Romanian guides to make tourists acquainted with Dobrudzha’s cultural heritage

Twenty Bulgarian and Romanian tour guides will lead tourists on four new routes in the Dobrich-Constanta cross-border region. Before that, they will undergo professional training under a joint project of the municipalities of Dobrich and Harsova for the development of cross-border tourism under the program "Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria 2014-2020", totaling 1,410,770 euros.

As part of the training the guides will take trips on the new routes - "Religious Dobrudzha", "Culture and ethnicities", "Local food and music", "Adventures". In the process of training, they will enrich their knowledge of the historical and cultural heritage of Dobrudzha. Various lectures have been planned on the legislation in the field of tourism in both countries, the psychology of tourists, the provision of first aid and others.
