Weather forecast for Monday, 28 March: Spring is in the air

On Monday the minimum temperatures will be from 1 to 6°C in Bulgaria, in Sofia - 2°C. It will be sunny during the day, but southwest winds will bring clouds. Maximum temperatures will reach 16 to 21°C, in the capital up to 18°.


Over the mountains the weather will be sunny with moderate wind from the southwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m is expected to be around 12°, at 2,000 m up to 3°. There will be risk of avalanches.


Showers are expected in the mountainous regions south of the Balkan Mountains on Tuesday.
