Bulgaria will be one of the few countries to be invited to Ukraine's post-war reconstruction program. The invitation was extended by Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky to Bulgaria's Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and is a sign of gratitude for Bulgaria's support, the Council of Ministers announced on Facebook.

A protest march in Sofia held on Thursday evening and convened on social media called for the sending of weapons to Ukraine and the refusal to use Russian gas, with which Moscow is financing the aggression against Ukraine. The march ended at Sofia's Eagle's Bridge, with protesters blocking a key intersection for about 40 minutes.
