The new political project of former caretaker Prime Minister Stefan Yanev will have the name "Balgarski Vazhod" (Bulgarian Advance). In a post on Facebook, Yanev pointed out that Bulgaria needed a new perspective, as it was in a constant socio-economic crisis. According to Yanev, the economy is not working properly, the social system is on the verge of collapse and there is no coherent political leadership.
Yanev also said that Bulgaria was facing a demographic catastrophe, which is a major threat to national security, threatening the very physical existence of the Bulgarian state.
