Bulgarian Silvia Azdreeva climbs Mount Everest successfully

Bulgarian Silvia Azdreeva from Petrich set foot on the highest peak of Everest in an expedition led by the famous Nepalese-born mountaneer Nirmal Purja. After Everest, Azdreeva climbed the neighboring eight-thousander Lhotse together with the same team. 

This way Silvia Azdreeva became the second Bulgarian female climber after Petya Kolcheva to climb Everest. 

With the same team, she also climbed Lhotse peak, thus becoming the first Bulgarian female climber to climb Lhotse peak, the world's 4th highest peak, BNR reported.
