Actors are getting ready for large-scale protests at the beginning of autumn over cuts in the budget for culture, Hristo Mutafchiev, chairperson of the Union of Actors in Bulgaria has announced. In his words, the update of the state budget has cut the funding of the sector by 1.4 million Leva (EUR 716,000).
