The position of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry follows the Facebook post of the Russian Embassy in Sofia, which calls for donations for the soldiers involved in what the Kremlin calls "a special military operation" in Ukraine.
"Bulgaria reiterates its position that it strongly condemns the Russian aggression against Ukraine, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international law," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
