The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has started work on preparing the Initial Memorandum which must be submitted to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
At a briefing, Foreign Ministry Spokesman and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostadin Kojabashev said that the document should present the country's position on all 257 legal instruments of the organisation.
In his words, the caretaker cabinet is to complete the first draft of the document by the end of September, and the finalized version must be ready by the end of October. It will be presented to the OECD Ministerial Council in early November.
