"Democratic Bulgaria" is appealing a decision related to the machine vote

"Democratic Bulgaria" political party has filed a complaint in the Supreme Administrative Court against the decision of the Central Election Commission of August 16 regarding the organization of the machine voting. 

With it, the coalition wants to ensure that parties, NGOs and academics will have full access to the source code of the voting machine software, as required by the Electoral Code. Access to this code will allow their experts to promptly check for potential system misbehavior. 
According to "Democratic Bulgaria", the CEC's decision "leads to the violation of one of the main principles from which the electoral process must be guided - transparency".
